Major was rescued from the County shelter after he was deemed unadoptable for age and health issues. K-9 PALS & Shadows Fund felt differently about that status, so we rescued him. K-9 PALS provided all Major's medical care, and housing, until a foster home was found by Shadows Fund. After several months of a very successful fostering experience, it was unanimous that Major was really in his forever home. Happy Tails to you, Major. Dogs like you are a reminder to the world of why we do what we do for dogs. | 
Carlton
Carlton was swept up and out of the county shelter by one our K-9 PALS volunteers so fast he didn't even get his feet wet there! Off to the groomer, thank you to our friends at Little Dog House, for cleaning him up after he got out of the shelter. Carlton has two other little bro's in his new home, one being Scruffy who is also a rescue dog and adopted out through K-9 PALS a few years ago.
