Elmo was abandoned at the local shelter last August and had a fractured jaw and broken teeth so K-9 PALS was called on to take care of his medical issuse. We found out what a sweet boy he is, and know that he was being overlooked at the shelter featured him in our NP Pet of the Week and he got adopted!
