Abe is a lucky dog. He was adopted once from the shelter, but was unfortunately hurt when he was climbing a fence and was returned because his owners could not afford the surgery his leg needed. K9 PALs generously covered the cost of the surgery he needed so that he could have a second chance at finding a home. All Abe's waiting has paid off.
