Muffin, one of our volunteers' most favorite little dogs and we began publicizing everywhere because it seemed crazy that she wasn't quickly adopted, but she was not being noticed at a local shelter. How wonderful that she has just been adopted into a wonderful family of K-9 PALS friends - two humans,two dogs and a cat! Happy Tails to you, Muffin!

Mercedes
Mercedes is one of K-9 PALS special project dogs. She came in to the local shelter sick, and became sicker, we were called in to make her well again. Through a lot of diagnostics we were able to discover and treat her medical problems and resolve them. Our volunteers have been working hard networking and advertising her for adoption. When Bradley was picked up as a stray, he was ver nervous and shy, so was fostered for the local shelter by one of our most experienced volunteers so that he could receive proper socialization and confidence building. Cute and sweet littl boy abandoned in a high kill shelter, was rescued out of the shelter on his last day, Ralphie journeyed to Santa Barbara with his rescuer, and quickly found his forver home!

Poor Beethoven abandoned at the local shelter in poor condtion with quite a loss of hair. K-9 PALS provided veterinary care. It will take some time for his hair to grow back, but he got quickly adopted by a groomer that is going to take very good care of him! Happy Tails to you, Beethoven!
