Sashay
Labrador Retriever / Pit Bull Mix
Sex: spayed female
Age: 9 Years
Size: 61 lbs
Sashay is great with all people, kids, strangers, you name it. She is great with all sizes of dogs and she is housetrained. She is looking for a home where she can simply snooze in the sun and go on easy walks. She is a real favorite and gets to go home sometimes with one of the volunteers for a break from the shelter, so we can tell you all about her personality. Her foster says: "When I take her home she lays quietly by my feet and will lick my ankle once in a while as if she's saying thank you. It's the sweetest thing. She's is the lowest maintenance girl and will make a great companion for anyone from someone who's looking to adopt their first dog to someone who is looking to add another dog to their home." Sashay likes children and will need a home without cats. She does great in the car (she just needs a little help getting in and out due to her arthritis) and loves to go to coffee shops, and kids' soccer games, and lay quietly and watch the passerbys go by while they occasionally pet her. To hear more about her or meet her you can contact us directly or are welcome contact the volunteer who occasionally fosters her at 970-390-9969 (call or text) or michelle.humane@hotmail.com.
