Very scared and a senior. He can't see well out of one eye and his teeth need work but he loves his bed and will look towards people for treats although he doesn't come forward quickly--but he does come slowly and carefully. He has major trust issues and it will take time for him to understand that people are o.k. Once he knows you he will jump into your lap -- it is just necessary to go slow and steady because he can't see out of one eye and he needs time to bond.
